First Article Inspection · AS9102 Rev C
From drawing to FAIR.
In minutes, not days.
AsDrawn reads your engineering drawing, balloons every characteristic — dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, notes — and produces an AS9102 Rev C FAIR review workbook with a fully annotated PDF. You review, adjust, and sign.
- Minutes per drawing
- not weeks of ballooning
- Every characteristic
- traceable to its balloon
- Your data stays yours
- never used for training

Compliance & data handling
Built to survive an audit.
Built around AS9102 Rev C
Produces FAIR review workbooks in the Rev C Form 1/2/3 layout, designed for characteristic accountability workflows.
Your drawings stay yours
Never used to train models. Never shared. Processed for your run, stored under your account, deleted on your schedule.
Traceability by construction
Every workbook row links to a balloon; every balloon links to its callout on the drawing. Auditors can walk the chain.
Review-first workflow
AI drafts the accountability package; your quality engineer reviews, adjusts, and approves it in the editor before it ships.
Who it's for
Anyone with a FAIR due this week.
Judge the output first
Inspect a sample FAIR before you upload anything.
A real drawing, ballooned by AsDrawn, with the AS9102 workbook it produced. What you'd hand your customer — so you can hold it to your own standard first.
Pricing
Pay for drawings, not seats.
Credit-based: each drawing run consumes credits scaled to page count and density. Monthly plans include credits; top-ups stack and stay valid for a year. No demo call required.
FAQ
The questions you should ask.
How accurate is the extraction?+
Accuracy varies with drawing quality and density; that's why the workflow is review-first. The editor shows every extracted characteristic beside its source callout, so errors are caught in seconds, not discovered by your customer.
What happens on ambiguous callouts?+
They're flagged, not silently guessed. Ambiguities surface in the review list; your engineer resolves them with the drawing in view.
Is my drawing data used to train models?+
No. Your drawings are processed for your run and stored only under your account. They are never used for training and never shared.
We handle export-controlled data. Can we use this?+
Talk to us before uploading anything export-controlled. We'll walk you through exactly where data is processed and stored so your compliance owner can make the call.
What does the auditor actually see?+
A standard AS9102 Rev C workbook and a ballooned drawing — indistinguishable in form from a hand-built package, except every row traces cleanly to its balloon.
Do I need CAD files?+
No. AsDrawn works from the drawing PDF — the artifact you already have contractual obligations against.
